My name is Pat Mickle, and for over 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of working as a realtor, helping people find their dream homes. My career has been incredibly rewarding, but I've also witnessed how life’s unexpected challenges, like foreclosures, can drastically impact people’s lives. This inspired me to embark on a new mission: helping people reclaim unclaimed funds that are legally and rightfully theirs.

At Recovered Claims Finder, we specialize in auditing government agencies to locate surplus funds from mortgage and tax lien foreclosure sales. These funds rightfully belong to previous property owners who often aren’t aware they exist.  Why did I make this change? Simply put, my passion for helping people hasn’t changed—only my focus has. This new venture allows me to continue making a positive impact, but in a different way.

As a licensed Realtor, I successfully completed extensive government background checks — including fingerprinting — to obtain and maintain my license. This rigorous process ensures the highest standards of trust, security, and professionalism, which I now proudly bring into my work recovering surplus funds.
